Propify Pricing 2026: $2,500 Setup + $1,500 per Month

Propify now publishes a clear commercial offer: a $2,500 one-time setup fee followed by a flat $1,500 monthly subscription with unlimited trader accounts, no per-account fee and 0% revenue share on challenge sales.

Important update: Propify's dedicated pricing and contact pages now resolve the pricing inconsistency we previously tracked. Its homepage still contains a contradictory $0 setup / $0 monthly block, so buyers should use the dedicated pricing page and confirm the final order terms in writing.

Propify year-one cost

Using the currently published fees, the base software cost for a full first year is straightforward:

$2,500 setup + (12 × $1,500) = $20,500 base year-one cost.

That calculation excludes the buyer's own payment-processing charges, company formation, legal/compliance expenses and any other external business costs.

What is included in the $2,500 setup?

Propify says setup covers a branded web trading platform on the buyer's domain, trader dashboard, configured admin portal, custom challenge tiers and pricing, payout/pass certificates, payment checkout with automated account provisioning, affiliate functionality, launch support and team training.

What does $1,500 per month include?

The provider lists its multi-asset market-data feed, hosting, uptime monitoring, backups, unlimited trader accounts, server-side risk/rule engine, updates and priority support inside the recurring fee.

What Propify says it does not charge

The dedicated pricing page explicitly lists $0 for a separate platform licence, market-data feed, per-trader fees and payout-processing fees, plus 0% revenue share. This is commercially significant because it makes the published subscription independent of challenge-sales volume and trader-account count.

The remaining pricing discrepancy

Propify's current dedicated pricing page and contact page both state $2,500 setup and $1,500/month. Its earnings calculator also uses a $1,500 monthly fixed platform cost and calculates year one after setup. However, the homepage still renders a pricing block showing $0 setup and $0/month while its FAQ headings on the same page reference $2,500 and $1,500.

Because multiple purpose-built commercial pages now agree, we treat $2,500 + $1,500/month as the strongest current pricing evidence, while retaining the discrepancy notice until the homepage is corrected.

How does Propify compare on scaling cost?

If the published model holds contractually, account growth does not increase the core Propify subscription. That differs from PropForge, which describes a base monthly fee plus an active-account charge, and PropSim, whose current model uses subscription tiers plus credits.

It also provides a useful comparison with Execurve / PropScale, which publishes pricing from €740/month for up to 500 traders.

What does Propify handle?

Its implementation guide says Propify handles the trading platform, trader dashboard, market data, admin/risk engine, hosting/security/updates and checkout/payout-request tooling. The prop-firm operator remains responsible for its brand and marketing, legal/company setup, payment-provider account, trader support, funding decisions and payouts.

Launch timeline

Propify markets a roughly two-week implementation: kickoff, branding/deployment, rules and risk configuration, payments/go-live, then ongoing operation. Treat the timeline as a provider claim and confirm dependencies before committing to a launch date.

Questions to confirm before signing

Who should consider Propify?

The published economics are attractive for operators prioritizing predictable cost at higher account volumes: one setup fee, one monthly fee, unlimited accounts and no revenue share. Buyers should still evaluate platform fit, data quality, risk functionality, integrations and operational maturity rather than selecting solely on price.
