What is included?
Propify describes an operating stack including its web trading platform, trader dashboard, multi-asset data feed, admin portal, rules, checkout, payment and payout workflows, analytics, affiliate tooling, hosting, updates and support. The provider says market data is included and that there is no separate platform licence or payout-processing fee.
Commercial model
The strongest current primary-source evidence points to a simple fixed model: $2,500 setup and $1,500 per month. At twelve months that produces $20,500 in simple first-year vendor fees. Propify states unlimited accounts, no per-trader fee and no revenue share, making volume economics materially different from revenue-share and per-account vendors.
That calculation is not a complete cost of operating a prop firm. Propify identifies external payment-processor and company/legal costs as outside its fixed software charge.
Why we still flag the homepage
A buyer should not have to reconcile conflicting official pricing copy. Propify's homepage currently shows $0 values in a pricing block even though its FAQ headings on the same site reference $2,500 and $1,500, while dedicated pricing, contact, earnings and how-it-works pages support the paid structure. Until the homepage is corrected, request the commercial schedule in writing.
What makes Propify different?
Unlike vendors that primarily orchestrate third-party terminals, Propify's offer centres on its own branded web trading surface together with surrounding prop-firm operations. That can simplify vendor management, but makes trading experience, data-feed quality and trader acceptance important diligence areas.
Questions to ask in the demo
- Confirm $2,500 setup and $1,500 monthly in writing.
- Confirm unlimited accounts and zero per-account charges.
- Confirm which market-data costs are included.
- Confirm whether the month-to-month cancellation claim appears in the contract.
- Which payment, KYC and payout integrations are production-ready?
- How is pricing/execution simulated and what data sources are used?
- Can all trader and transaction data be exported?
- What uptime and support SLA applies?
Best fit
Propify may appeal to firms wanting one vendor to provide both trader-facing software and the operating layer while avoiding revenue-share or per-account pricing. Firms that require established third-party terminals should compare the architecture carefully before selecting it.
