Prop Firm Technology Providers: Compare Software, CRM & Infrastructure Vendors
Use this directory to research prop firm technology providers across core software, CRM, white-label operations and related infrastructure. Prop Firm Vendors separates research coverage, matcher eligibility and commercial introduction readiness so a vendor appearing in the directory is never mistaken for an automatic recommendation.

Researched prop firm technology vendors

Provider status is not the same as provider fit
| PFV layer | What it means | What it does not mean |
|---|---|---|
| Research coverage | Enough material exists to maintain a provider profile or market evidence. | The provider is not automatically recommended or contactable. |
| Integrity cleared | Current evidence passed the latest PFV integrity gate for normal research coverage. | PFV has not audited finances or independently proven every vendor claim. |
| Matcher eligible | The provider can be considered when PFV generates a requirements-based shortlist. | Buyer details are not automatically transmitted. |
| Introduction ready | A verified commercial/contact route exists for permitted buyer routing. | It is not a guarantee that the provider is right for every buyer. |
| Research only / verification hold | Material verification or commercial issues remain unresolved. | Public pricing/product evidence can still be useful for market research. |
Current active matcher
The active matcher is intentionally narrower than the full technology-provider directory. Current matcher candidates are loaded from the same live configuration used by Get Matched. Commercial introduction routing can be narrower again because a verified route and attribution record are required before buyer information is transmitted.

What buyers should verify before choosing a vendor
- Operating entity: who signs the contract and which jurisdiction applies?
- Commercial model: setup, recurring minimum, usage, revenue/profit share and pass-through costs.
- Trading-platform fit: required platforms, provisioning depth, bridge dependencies and support ownership.
- CRM and lifecycle: purchases, accounts, challenge states, KYC, payouts and affiliate attribution.
- Data ownership: exports, backups, API/webhook access and post-termination rights.
- Implementation: responsibilities, dependencies, acceptance criteria and realistic launch or migration sequence.
- Support: SLA, escalation path and ownership when integrated systems disagree.
