Prop Firm Trade Copiers 2026: Platforms, Pricing and Fit
A trade copier can reduce repeated manual execution when you manage multiple evaluation or funded accounts, but the right product depends first on platform coverage, account-level risk controls and the rules of every prop firm involved. PFV treats trade copiers as trading infrastructure — separate from the CRM and turnkey software used to operate a prop firm.
Trade copier fit finder
Use your actual setup instead of a generic ranking. This tool filters the products currently researched on this page by published platform coverage, then shows the pricing model that needs to be compared at your account count. It does not determine whether your prop firm permits copying.
Five checks before comparing price
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Platform coverage | Confirm every master/source and follower/receiver account is supported in the direction you need. Cross-platform coverage varies significantly. |
| Prop-firm rules | Copying rules can differ by firm, program and account relationship. Never assume a copier makes an otherwise prohibited setup compliant. |
| Per-account risk controls | Follower accounts may have different balances, drawdown limits and position-sizing requirements. |
| Hosting model | Cloud products and local/VPS copiers have different setup, availability and platform constraints. |
| Total account cost | Compare the cost at your real account count. Per-account pricing and tier limits can change the economics quickly. |
Current market examples
PFV is building this category from current first-party product information rather than publishing an unsupported ranking. The products below illustrate why platform scope and pricing model should be normalized before choosing.
| Product | Published platform scope | Hosting / pricing signal | PFV status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trada | MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradeLocker, DXTrade, MatchTrader, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, DXFeed | Cloud product. Public tiers from free to $219+/month; currently early access. | Detailed PFV research + commercial partner |
| TradeCopier.cloud | MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradeLocker, MatchTrader, DXTrade | Cloud-based; public pricing states $8/account/month with a $40/month example for five accounts. | Market reference; no PFV commercial relationship stated |
| MetaCopier | Broad cross-platform coverage including MetaTrader, cTrader, TradeLocker, DXTrade, MatchTrader plus additional trading/exchange environments | Cloud-based; product documentation emphasizes cross-platform copying and configurable risk controls. | Market reference; specifications require quote/current-plan check |
Where Trada fits
Trada is the product PFV currently researches most deeply in this category. Its published coverage spans MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradeLocker, DXTrade, MatchTrader, NinjaTrader, Rithmic and DXFeed, making it relevant to buyers whose accounts span more than one platform family. Trada is currently labelled early access.
Why headline price is not enough
A $/account product and a capacity-tier product can reverse order as account count changes. Platform breadth also matters: a cheap copier that cannot connect one of your funded accounts has no useful price advantage. Normalize at least your account count, source-to-destination routes, supported asset/platform family, hosting requirements and required risk controls.
For example, TradeCopier.cloud currently publishes $8 per account per month, while Trada publishes capacity tiers beginning at $44/month for Starter after its free tier. Those figures are not directly comparable without matching account count and feature scope.
Trade copier vs prop-firm operating software
If you are launching or operating a prop firm and need CRM, challenge management, trader portals, payments or back-office infrastructure, a trade copier is not a substitute. Use PFV's core software research and project matcher instead.
Research standard
PFV does not label a copier compliant with a prop firm merely because the software can technically connect to its accounts. Buyers should verify the current rules of every firm and program they use. Product capabilities and prop-firm policies can change independently.
