PropsEngine Pricing: What Does It Cost in 2026?

PropsEngine currently publishes a €7,500 one-time setup fee across three plans, with monthly software pricing from €2,000 to €5,000. That transparency makes it possible to calculate a baseline first-year technology cost before requesting a quote.

PlanMonthly feePublished trader capacitySetup feeYear-one base
Starter€2,000500 active traders€7,500€31,500
Growth€3,500No active trader limit€7,500€49,500
Enterprise€5,000Unlimited traders€7,500€67,500

Year-one base = setup fee + 12 × published monthly fee. It is not an estimate of total operating cost.

Starter: €31,500 first-year base

Starter is published at €2,000/month for 500 active traders. The provider lists custom dashboard, configurable challenges, automated emails, liquidity-provider integration, analytics, risk-management tools and KYC compliance among its features.

Growth: €49,500 first-year base

Growth is €3,500/month and currently says “no active trader limit.” Because Enterprise separately says “unlimited traders,” buyers should ask PropsEngine to define the distinction contractually rather than assuming both phrases mean identical capacity.

Enterprise: €67,500 first-year base

Enterprise is €5,000/month and is positioned for larger firms, with multiple admins, marketing campaigns, community tournaments and external-system integration listed in addition to Growth functionality.

What is not captured by the headline price?

A white-label prop-firm budget can include costs outside the core software subscription. Ask specifically about trading-platform licences, liquidity, market data, KYC checks, payment processing, payout rails, custom integrations, migration, domains, support, legal/compliance work and any third-party service required by your configuration.

How PropsEngine compares commercially

At the Starter level, the published base is materially higher than some low-entry software products, but direct price comparison can be misleading if the included scope differs. For example, Execurve publishes an entry point of €740/month for up to 500 traders, while FXPropTech publishes a $1,000/month Startup plan plus $1,500 setup for up to 500 accounts. Those are not automatically equivalent packages.

The correct comparison is the same required stack at the same expected volume. Normalize CRM, challenge engine, risk, KYC, payments, payouts, trading-platform connectivity, analytics, hosting, support and migration before choosing on headline price.
