B2CORE Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and Prop-Firm Buying Questions
B2BROKER currently publishes five B2CORE monthly plans from $1,000 to $20,000. That makes B2CORE unusually transparent for enterprise trading infrastructure, but a prop-firm buyer still needs to separate the B2CORE CRM/back-office subscription from the full prop-trading stack and B2PROP-specific commercial scope.
Published B2CORE pricing
| Plan | Monthly price | Annual-prepay equivalent | Inbound deposit processing fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $1,000/mo | $850/mo | 1.00% |
| Advanced | $2,500/mo | $2,125/mo | 0.75% |
| Growth | $5,000/mo | $4,250/mo | 0.50% |
| Pro | $10,000/mo | $8,500/mo | 0.25% |
| Enterprise | $20,000/mo | $17,000/mo | 0.10% |
What changes between the plans?
Starter includes the client portal, back-office administration, KYC/AML workflows, fiat and crypto wallets, payment integrations and supported trading-platform integrations. Advanced adds sales-assisted onboarding or data migration. Growth adds BackOffice API access. Pro adds multi-brand/domains and a dedicated account manager; Enterprise adds prioritized delivery.
Trading-platform support matters for prop firms
B2BROKER's current B2CORE material and documentation list integrations including MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, B2TRADER, DXtrade, Match-Trader and TradeLocker, although feature depth differs by platform. A prop-firm buyer should verify account creation, transfers, statistics, bonus/IB functions, copy-trading support and mobile support for the exact platform combination rather than treating an integration logo as equivalent functionality.
The processing fee can change total cost
The subscription is not the only published variable. B2CORE currently applies a fee to successful inbound deposits, falling from 1.00% on Starter to 0.10% on Enterprise. For a business processing substantial customer deposits, model this alongside the subscription instead of comparing monthly software fees alone.
Annual prepayment
B2BROKER advertises 15% off B2CORE subscriptions when prepaid annually. That lowers the effective monthly subscription but increases commitment and cash paid upfront. Compare annual savings against expected migration risk and the contractual exit position.
Liquidity-offset model
B2BROKER also publishes a commercial structure where qualifying A-book commissions from its prime liquidity can offset B2CORE subscription fees. Its current material says the minimum starts at $5,000 per month in A-book commissions, with final terms agreed during onboarding. This is a bundled commercial model, not a reason to treat the software as universally free.
B2CORE pricing is not automatically B2PROP pricing
B2PROP is B2BROKER's prop-trading product layer. Public B2PROP documentation confirms challenge-plan configuration and prop-specific workflows, but PFV did not find a current primary-source B2PROP price table equivalent to the B2CORE table during this review. Buyers should therefore request a written quote that identifies which B2CORE, B2PROP, trading-platform and infrastructure components are included.
Questions to put in a B2BROKER quote request
- Which B2CORE plan is required for our expected prop-firm volume and integrations?
- What is the current B2PROP licence or commercial structure?
- Which trading-platform fees are separate from B2CORE/B2PROP?
- How are inbound deposit processing fees calculated for our payment flow?
- Which KYC, payment, market-data, bridge or liquidity costs remain external?
- What is the minimum commitment for every component in the proposed stack?
- What data and configuration can be exported if we migrate later?
- Which APIs and webhooks require Growth or a higher B2CORE tier?
How B2CORE fits into a broader software comparison
B2CORE's public pricing gives buyers a useful CRM/back-office benchmark, but it should be compared on equivalent scope. PFV's prop firm software cost guide, pricing transparency research and CRM comparison help separate monthly subscription, transaction-linked economics and missing infrastructure.
